Standard End User Certificate (EUC) is often submitted for any defense articles that may or may not constitute Significant Military Equipment (SME), EUC is also used for for certain Non-Lethal articles and Controlled Articles. You are encouraged to submit a End-User Certificate for any article(s) found here. We recommend making a separate EUC for any of the articles you wish to procure.

DSP-83 is the form used for defense articles which are over 1 000 000 USD in value or contain more than 100 000 rounds of ammunition. The form needs to be signed by the ultimate End-User, and the procuring / managing government official. It also required any foreign intermediary to sign-off as well.

Letter of Credit information

- This form will allow us to prepare a draft of the Letter of Credit document that is usually the means of paying for the articles. Please fill in the pertinent information and  E-mail / FAX a copy or +1 775 657 9127

Not to be copied or transferred to unauthorized third parties.

Information contained herein is intended for the use of Battle Born Munitions Inc. to secure necessary U.S. Federal Authorizations for the export of Defense and Controlled Articles and Services, subject to the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 22, International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The information communicated within may not be resold, diverted, transferred, transshipped, made available to a foreign national within the United States, or otherwise disposed of in any other country outside of its intended destination, either in original form or after being incorporated through an intermediate process into other data, without the prior written approval of the U.S. Department of State.

These documents MAY NOT contain ANY technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec. 2751 et seq.), Executive Order 12470, or International Traffic in Arms Regulations. (ITAR).   Violators of those export control laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.

US State Dept. authority for export of such technical data from US is required. Re-export, re-transfer, or disclosure to unauthorized parties, including non-US Persons is prohibited.
